UNIQLO Tampines Mall (Same Day Click & Collect)

Service is really bad, bought 4 chainsaw man tees, which entitles one to 2 free stickers. Cashier told me the stickers were out of stock without even checking, what a lazy cashier! Called them via the telephone to double check and another person said it was in stock. Wasted my time and MRT trip fee to go all the way back again to get.

The staffs here can be trained to be more well-mannered. I understand there's lots of customers and clothes to fold, but they should still treat customers nicely. A guy staff who looks quite young, perhaps 16 yo, pushed me aside using his elbow as if I'm blocking the walkway, yet he acted as if nothing happened. Not a very pleasant experience.

Shop that discriminates against petite size girls. A Malay uncle staff sneered and told us off for trying the junior size by saying “this is for baby why are you all trying to squeeze into it” but in actual fact we are just petite and it fits well. He then walked off very casually before we could even react to it. Just FYI, we have already travelled to a number of Uniqlo stores to look for that color. However because of what he said it made us so embarrass and caused a few onlookers to stare at us in such a state. The shopping experience was extremely unpleasant which left us feeling in shock. I hope that the management will look into this as it is like discriminating against women who wear men’s fit or petite women who wear children size just because of the “labels”. Not all sizes fit well just because of the labels. It is extremely ridiculous and discriminatory! As a long time customer of Uniqlo, this incident has caused me a great deal of distress and disappointment. His comment was absolutely awful and uncalled for.

Biggest shoutout to Jenny who works at the Tampines Mall UNIQLO outlet - she helped me to find the 1 last piece of the L size shirt I was looking for. She even went beyond to look for it on all the floors and even requested for someone to help me take it off the mannequin. Thank you so much and I am very amazed and grateful for her service ❤️

Uniqlo Tampines 1 has absolutely wonderful and top notch service compared to other Uniqlo branches. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon seeing me with so many items, a staff brought me a basket so that I could put my clothes inside, for a better shopping experience. Staff in the fitting rooms were patient and very accommodating too, and arranged for me to have a bigger changing room when he saw that I had a lot of items. I had a very good shopping experience with staff Suhaimi, who was very patient and assisted me with my other shopping after I made my payment. I will definitely revisit this branch.

uniqlo should look at whom you are placing as manager at Tampines mall. Manager Edwin handled the exchange of items by giving me alot of problems and he did not mention to me that even if i top up after exchanging the previously bought item, i will not be able to redeem a flask. if i am unable to redeem, then i wouldnt have bothered topping up and buying extras. plus today, I spent around $350 in two days to get such a service. negative 1 star for you. will boycott your brand now on.
